Niche logic

Why generic tools miss the reality of an online store.

A proposed first release is scoped from the operating pain, the necessary data, and one visible acceptance criterion.

01

What breaks today

support cannot keep up with product and delivery questions, carts are abandoned, creative production is slow, and competitor pricing is checked by hand.

02

What the system must know

catalogue and stock data, order status, returns, retention scenarios, supplier feeds, and competitor-price monitoring.

03

How it works in practice

A bot answers approved catalogue and stock questions, while a parser updates competitor prices from permitted sources on an agreed schedule. The automated share is measured after launch.

AI agent + CRM for a service center · water heater manufacturer

An AI agent for the claims department: −2 staff and ₴730,000 saved per year — AQUATERM case study

A water heater manufacturer. The claims department — three operators who handle a stream of inquiries every day: a customer writes or calls, the operator finds out the model, purchase date, and symptom, checks the warranty, identifies the fault by the error code on the display, and resolves it remotely or dispatches a technician. The issue is that most inquiries are alike. The same error codes, the same questions, the same answers. The operator spends time on routine that can be formalized. Some technician visits are unnecessary: the problem could have been solved with advice in chat. And scaling meant one thing — hiring more operators. The client wanted to take the routine off people without losing quality of handling.

Vocal studio / music school

Turnkey CRM for a vocal studio: the studio's entire operation in one system — Tvor.20 case study

A vocal studio runs on a stream of small actions: booking slots, cancellations, reminders, payments, deducting lessons from packages, calculating teacher payroll. While there are only a few students, it all lives in chats and spreadsheets. The moment the studio grows, the admin drowns: leads get lost, someone underpaid, someone didn't show, package balances are counted by hand, and at the end of the month there's a separate saga — calculating each teacher's pay at their own rate. Off-the-shelf SaaS for music schools doesn't fit a specific studio. The interface is overloaded with hundreds of features nobody uses. Pricing is per student or per teacher, so ~$40–200/mo grows right along with the studio. And the template doesn't know this particular studio's processes: one-off lessons vs. deducting from a package, online / offline / both formats, auto-cancellation rules, the Ukrainian Monobank payment flow, working through Telegram. There's no adequate alternative on the market that combines all the needed functionality and doesn't get more expensive with every new student. So we built our own — and used it to cover the studio's entire operation, from the first booking to teacher payroll.

A delivery dispatch platform for local businesses

Dostava — an AI delivery logistician for local businesses

In local businesses — restaurants, shops, and pharmacies — a dispatcher manages delivery manually through phone calls, messengers, and sticky notes. Couriers are not visible on a map, orders are assigned by guesswork, and routes are inefficient. The result is delays, empty mileage, and complaints from customers who do not know where their order is.

Before the first call

Three practical questions.

Why is this better than an off-the-shelf tool for an online store?+

Generic tools ignore the operating specifics of e-commerce. We design the system around your actual process: catalogue and stock data, order status, returns, retention scenarios, supplier feeds, and competitor-price monitoring.

How long does it take and what does it cost?+

The starting range is from $300. An agreed analysis workflow for calls, chats, documents, reviews or reports from $300. Data volume, frequency, transcription and integrations affect the estimate. We confirm scope and timeline after reviewing the required inputs and dependencies.

What if we already use another system?+

We first audit the current system, data access and integration limits. What stays, migrates or connects is then documented in the rollout scope.
