A MaxICo Labs product

AgencyHub by MaxICo

An agency CRM with configurable AI workflows

Product in detail

How this product works.

An operational CRM environment MaxICo Agency is developing around its own processes. Leads, projects, finance and client reporting can share one interface; AI workflows and integrations are added after the process is reviewed.

AgencyHub is being developed as MaxICo Agency's internal CRM direction and can be considered only as a scoped pilot after current availability is checked. Its baseline can connect sales, operations, finance and client reporting, while each rollout is defined separately.

AI automations, voice workflows, advertising sources and client dashboards are not treated as a default bundle. We first verify access, APIs, data quality and human-control rules, then document compatible modules in the scope.

A rollout starts with a process map and a limited-team pilot. Hosting model, code and data rights, migration and budget are documented in a separate proposal after discovery.

Product blueprint

A reference configuration for an agency operating environment.

AgencyHub can connect sales, delivery, finance and the client workspace into a sequential process. The actual modules, fields, automations and integrations are documented only after process mapping.

AgencyHubone data loop
01 / sales

Sales

A configuration can cover leads, qualification, pipeline, proposals and the next action.

02 / delivery

Operations

The handoff from a deal to projects, tasks, owners and reminders is configured around the real delivery process.

03 / finance

Finance

Invoice, payment, cost and margin fields are added only within the agreed financial model and permissions.

04 / client

Client workspace

A client workspace can expose agreed statuses and data; source availability is verified before connection.

How we roll it out

We do not sell an empty CRM. We assemble your operating loop.

We first map the agency's real process, then configure the modules it needs, and only then move the team onto live deals. No big-bang migration.

  1. 01

    Process map

We map the path from the first lead to payment and client reporting, then define roles, bottlenecks and the data that truly matters.

  2. 02

    System assembly

We assemble the agreed modules, migrate reference data in a test pass and configure permissions. Automations and dashboards are added only after compatibility is confirmed.

  3. 03

    Live-deal pilot

We launch with one team or practice, observe real work and refine the system before scaling it.

Before implementation

We first map the product to your workflow.

The introductory call gathers context. The available foundation, integrations, and ballpark scope are confirmed only after a separate review of requirements and dependencies.
