MaxICo Labs — applied AI studio

Your AI department. Without hiring. Without the overhead.

We deliver the AI side for partner agencies: agentic bots, CRM automation, content pipelines, custom platforms. White-label — your brand in client communication, our team in production.

When we're useful to you.

You're a performance / digital agency

Clients come in with requests for AI bots and automation. Building your own AI team = $40k+/mo and six months of recruiting engineers. It's easier to delegate.

You're a branding / web agency

Clients ask for "let's do a site + an AI bot." You build the site, but not the AI. Instead of "sorry, not our specialty" — you offer AI as your own service through us.

You're an SMM agency

Clients need a content pipeline of 100-300 creatives a month. You have 1 motion designer and 1 copywriter. Our AI content pipeline is like adding 5 people to your team.

You're a consulting or PM agency

You handle strategy and the management side. The technical part isn't your thing. You join projects with us as the layer between the client and our team.

How it works mechanically.

01

First contact — no NDA

First we talk in general terms: the type of task, the rough scope, how you plan to present it to the client. That's enough to decide whether we take it on.

02

NDA — standard at the start

We sign a mutual NDA before you share the client's contacts and details. Without an NDA, we don't take any details — even if it's "just a small thing."

03

Communication structure — you're the front, we're the back

You talk to the client. Your PM is on the front. Our PM is in touch with your PM. If it's more convenient, we add our engineer to the shared chat with the client under the cover of "technical specialist on your side." We don't push the MaxICo Labs brand.

04

Finished deliverables — under your brand

Documents, presentations, demos, dashboards — all under your logo. We stay invisible if that suits you better. Or we sign off as "in partnership with MaxICo Labs" — whatever we agree on.

05

Handover to the client and ongoing care

Documentation, training for your team (so support is easier on your side), or retainer-based care from us — whatever we set in the contract.

Ways we work together.

All three formats can coexist in one partnership. On one client — project-based, on another — retainer.

01

Project-based (fixed project)

A specific project with a fixed scope, price, and timeline. We build it, you deliver it to the client. Works when the project is clearly defined (e.g., "AI bot for clinic X, integration with CRM Y").

02

★ common

Retainer (ongoing support)

from $3,000 / mo

A monthly rate for a set volume of work: maintaining existing systems + extra requests within an hours cap. Works when your client uses the AI system continuously and needs minor improvements every month.

03

Joint projects

If a project is strategic for both of us, we discuss it separately. Details and terms come after the first meeting and the NDA.

What we take, what we don't.

✓ We take

  • AI agents and chatbots (TG / IG / WA / website / phone)
  • AI automation for CRM, document flow, scoring, reporting
  • AI content: photo pipeline, video, voice, creatives for performance
  • Custom platforms with AI (CRM, aggregators, portals)
  • AI audits of clients' business processes for strategy agencies
  • Discovery + architecture for technically complex requests

✗ We don't take

  • Classic web development without AI (not our focus)
  • Staff augmentation "by the hour" (we work in projects / retainers)
  • Work without an NDA after the first call
  • Projects where the client wants to reshuffle the team to their own pace (we work our own process)
  • Projects overlapping our clients' niches — we discuss separately to avoid conflict

Who's on our side.

Front of the partnership

Maxim (founder, head of partnerships).

Project point of contact

A PM on our side (matched 1:1 with your PM).

In production

The same engineers who build Trinity Runtime and AgencyHub. Not outsourced — our in-house team.

Frequent agency questions.

"Can we ask you for an estimate before we even have an agreement with the client?"+

Yes. Give us a description of the task — we'll come back with orientation pricing within 24-48 hours. It's free. Details and the real scope come after the NDA and a brief with the client.

"What if we hand over a client and they want to work with you directly?"+

Our standard NDA includes a non-circumvention clause for 12-24 months (the term is negotiable). A client referred by a partner agency is not taken on directly during that period.

"How do you deliver work so the client thinks our team did it?"+

Documents, demos, dashboards — all under your branding. If the client is in a Slack / Telegram chat, our engineer joins under a name from your side (with your permission) as a "technical specialist." If the client wants to meet the team, we decide together: either your PM introduces us as a "technical partner," or we stay out of the picture entirely.

"Which industries do you take?"+

No restrictions, except: adult content, betting / gambling (only with an EU / UA license), political campaigning. Everything else — healthcare, finance, e-commerce, edtech, real estate, B2B SaaS, experts, B2C services — we do it all.

"Guarantees?"+

A standard services agreement + SLA on retainers. If after the first sprint you see a project is heading the wrong way — we refund prepaid, unused sprints.

[07] let's talk

Got a client and a request — write to us.

First call 30 minutes, no NDA — a general assessment. If we take it on and you're ready — we sign the NDA and dig into the details.
