CHALLENGE
In local businesses — restaurants, shops, and pharmacies — a dispatcher manages delivery manually through phone calls, messengers, and sticky notes. Couriers are not visible on a map, orders are assigned by guesswork, and routes are inefficient. The result is delays, empty mileage, and complaints from customers who do not know where their order is.
SOLUTION
We built a dispatch platform: an AI logistician automatically assigns an order to the nearest available courier and builds the route; the dispatcher sees a live city map with couriers and ETAs; the courier manages the task from a phone and closes it with photo confirmation; and the customer follows the courier in real time through a link sent by SMS. 03 · RESULT
Delivery became managed rather than reactive: average delivery time stays at 31 minutes, 96% of orders arrive on time, empty mileage fell by about a quarter, and the dispatcher handles more orders without additional staff. Customers see the courier on the map and have stopped asking, “where is my order?”
