What the project had to solve
— The pet owner arrives anxious — you need to ease the panic and give them an action right away, without wandering around the site. — Show 24/7 care as the headline advantage for emergencies. — Put trust up front: doctors, diagnostics, prices — fast, without long reading.

What we did — and why
1. Booking was moved to the first screen; the button and phone number are always within reach. → The action is reachable from anywhere, the visitor doesn't hunt for a contact. 2. A caring tone: a soft green palette, photos of animals, the message "We love them all." → The identity works on emotion, not on "just another medical facility." 3. Diagnostics and doctors blocks are featured separately. → Removes the fear of "they'll upsell me on extras," raises trust in the expertise. 4. A transparent structure of services and prices. → Removes the friction of the unknown before the call even happens.
