How a park is developed

Every project passes the same six stations in the same order. It moves on only when the documents for the next gate are signed.

  1. Site control

Land lease options signed with every landowner and a cadastral survey of the plot.

    Typical time
    3 to 6 months
    At the gate
    Signed options, cadastral plan

150 MWp2 projects at this station now

  2. Permits

Zoning, the environmental decision and the building permit.

    Typical time
    9 to 18 months
    At the gate
    Final permits

300 MWp3 projects at this station now

  3. Grid connection

Connection conditions from the network operator, then a signed connection agreement.

    Typical time
    6 to 18 months
    At the gate
    Grid connection agreement

370 MWp3 projects at this station now

  4. Ready-to-build

Permits final, grid secured, EPC price and module supply fixed. The investment decision is taken here.

    Typical time
    Board decision
    At the gate
    RTB file, board minutes

210 MWp2 projects at this station now

  5. Construction

Piling, tables, modules, inverters, the MV station and the grid line. Budget reference about €460 per kWp at 2025 European prices.

    Typical time
    9 to 14 months
    At the gate
    Commissioning tests

94 MWp2 projects at this station now

  6. COD

Commercial operation. O&M takes over and the park enters the monthly report against its P50.

    Typical time
    From day one
    At the gate
    Monthly reports
